Rafting at Ladonas river

Service Description

Ladonas is a friendly river located in the central Peloponnese peninsula, rises on the western slope of the Aroania mountains in Achaea, it waters the lake of Ladonas, connects with Alfeios river and they both sink at the Ionian Sea. We have selected a route of about seven kilometres on a dramatic landscape ready to enchant young and old with its incomparable beauty. Rafting activity starts and finishes from the company's facilities, where all the necessary equipment for the activity is provided. Before we start an introductory lesson will be carried out by the company's river guides and then a unique experience will begin. Accommodation : We can host groups of 15 until 24 participants with an extra cost in 4 bed rooms with wc and shower on our mountain hut. On our base you will find drinks and food. Other activities we can combine in the area : - Lake kayak at Ladonas lake. - River kayak at Ladonas river. Member of : -International Rafting Federation -Rescue 3 International Distance from Athens : 200 km, 2,5 hours drive. Duration of activity : 3 hours Restrictions : From 5 years old and over. Difficulty : Beginner Minimum participation number : 2 participants, on Fridays minimum participation number is 4 people What's included : -Expert English speaking river guide -Safety equipment( Neoprene suit and socks, life jacket, helmet) -All local transfers -Insurance for every participant. What you should bring : Bagpack with water, snack, swim suit, second pair of shoes, socks, t-shirt, towel.
